Bodyweight Blast 1.0
- This program is designed to progressively make you more explosive, faster, leaner, and stronger all while increasing your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Carefully selected exercises that are both beginner-friendly but also able to challenge the fittest athletes will ensure you see results at the end of the program.
- This online program has 10 exercises per day, 3 days a week for 4 weeks. These include exercises to work on general strength and fitness as well as some specific parts of the body.
- Learn the fundamentals of boxing from a two time Olympian in this 3 week intensive program which will get you started with the basics.
- You will learn the boxing stance, footwork, proper punching technique, and much more. By the end of three weeks, you will be comfortable enough to train independently and take your training to the next level.
- This program assumes no previous boxing experience and requires virtually no equipment.
- Included in the program are instructional videos with voiceovers, and a handbook with instructions and pictures that will help guide you along the way.
