WHY WARMUP?

The purpose of a warmup is to prevent injury by increasing the body’s core and muscle temperature. As your body temperature increases you'll loosen your joints and increase blood flow to your muscles. That means less stress on joints and tendons.

A 3-week program taught by a 3-time Olympian that focuses on the fundamentals of Boxing and is split over 3 days per week.
